Bid Executive Summary

Presenting its case as the internationally compelling, low-risk bid that's best for the athletes, best for the financial future of the USOC and best aligned with the priorities of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the Bay Area Sports Organizing Committee (BASOC) / San Francisco 2012 today released the Executive Summary of the San Francisco Bay Area's bid to host the 2012 Olympic Games.

The 100-page Executive Summary, entitled San Francisco 2012 - the Bridge to the Future, was sent to the members of the United States Olympic Committee Board of Directors and to each of the National Governing Bodies (NGB's) of Olympic sports last week. The Executive Summary was designed by Chronicle Books and printed by Cal-Litho. The Summary highlights the key messages and value proposition of the San Francisco Bay Area's 2012 Olympic Bid with beautiful images, bold headlines and key "pullout" quotes from California, national and international leaders, experts and Olympians.
