In the case of the posters and the commemorative exhibition catalogue, the amount of the contribution that may be deductible for Federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of the amount of money contributed by you ($10, $20, $55 or $130, depending on which poster(s) you select) over the value of the unsigned posters. BASOC has made a good faith estimate as to the value of the unsigned posters and determined the value to be equal to the respective contribution amounts ($10, $20, $55 or $130, as the case may be). Because the amount of money contributed by you does not exceed the value of the unsigned posters, you would not be entitled to any charitable contribution.
