Rob Weikert is a partner in the Technology, Intellectual Property & Trade Regulation group of Thelen Reid & Priest LLP. His primary practice areas are intellectual property and antitrust litigation. He has been with Thelen since 1985, and was a summer clerk there in 1984. Weikert has written for such publications as Corporate Counsel Magazine, The Licensing Journal, and the Journal of Proprietary Rights. He is a member of the International Trademark Association, the American Bar Association, the San Francisco Bar Association, and the San Francisco Patent and Trademark Law Association.
In addition to the Board of Directors, Weikert also serves on BASOC's Executive Committee and is our ethics officer.
Weikert graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1982 and received a J.D. from the University of Santa Clara in 1985. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1985.
