Fred Furth is the CEO of Furth, Fahrner and Mason, a business litigation law firm in San Francisco which he established in 1966. Furth is a preeminent antitrust litigator specializing in class action plaintiff cases. In 1969, Furth and his family established the Furth Family Foundation to assist those most in need and least able to help themselves. Since its inception, the foundation has administered contributions to charitable organizations of nearly $10 million.
Furth has been in 'Best Lawyers in America.' Furth graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in 1956 and a L.L.B. in 1959.
