George F. Broder is president of the George Broder Group LLC, a public affairs, government relations and political strategy consulting group. Prior to this, Broder worked for Eller Media Company as vice president of Public Affairs California. Broder's other career moves included serving as special assistant to San Francisco Mayor Dianne Feinstein and working as a public affairs consultant.
In 1984, Broder helped stage the Olympic Games as a deputy press secretary for the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee. As a designated spokesman for the Organizing Committee, he briefed reporters on preparations for the Olympic Games, was traveling press secretary for the Olympic Torch Relay, and press officer at the UCLA Olympic Village.
Broder is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He lives in San Francisco with his wife, Wendy, and daughter, Lauren.
