Craig Issod, Easter Seals Bay Area

Craig Issod is the Vice President of External Affairs at Easter Seals Bay Area. In this capacity, he leads development, marketing and public relations functions across a seven-county region in support of direct programs and services for people with disabilities.

As a consultant with his firm Helium Ventures, Issod has advised executives and organizations on issues relating to strategy, marketing, and organizational development. Issod also has had tenures at top organizations such as Coca-Cola, Walt Disney, and PowerBar. An accomplished manager and strategist, he authored the global sales and marketing plan for a $1.1 billion Disney theme park venture, and has also
managed the Sprite and PowerBar brands. Issod has also created marketing departments for non-profit organizations, including the Santa Barbara Zoo.

As a volunteer for BASOC, Issod has created and launched the Bridge Builder program, a grassroots fundraising and awareness effort. He previously fundraised with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, running two of his nine
marathons with that group.

Issod has an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in San Francisco.
